5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

With unshakeable confidence in their products, Innovation Living is proud to offer a 5-year warranty on all their sofa beds, chairs, and ottomans.

Warranty Details:

  • Duration: 5 years
  • Coverage: Defects in gears, mechanisms, wooden and metal frames, and sofa bed/chair cores (spring, latex, foam). Applies to residential use only.

Claim Process:

  • Proof: Original purchase receipt, photos/videos of the defect, and a photo of the product's quality label (location found in assembly instructions on the website).
  • Resolution: Innovation Living will decide if the issue is covered by the warranty and will repair or replace the item. They aim to replace only relevant parts for environmental and economic reasons.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover misuse, improper storage/installation, normal wear and tear, outdoor use, or accidental/consequential damage.
