Space Saving Bed is an independent, authorized retailer of space-saving furniture. We are not a manufacturer. The murphy beds, cabinet beds, and sofa beds sold here are designed and built by the brands we are authorized to carry, and they ship directly from those manufacturers' warehouses.
This site is for lawful use only. It may not be used to transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content, to scrape or systematically extract content, to impersonate another person, or to interfere with the site's technical operation or security infrastructure.
We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and pricing current and accurate. Product data is sourced from our manufacturers, and we do not warrant that every detail on the site is free of errors or omissions.
Screens vary. Colors, wood finishes, and fabric tones shown on the site may not exactly match the product as delivered.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.
By completing checkout, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and that the shipping and billing information you have given is accurate.
An order confirmation email means we have received the order. It is not an acceptance of the order. We confirm stock and availability with the manufacturer before processing the charge.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order at our discretion, including orders flagged for suspected fraud, orders that appear to be placed for resale or distribution, and orders we cannot fulfill because a manufacturer has discontinued or backordered an item.
All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price shown at the time of your completed checkout is the price you will be charged.
Prices on some products are set by the manufacturer under dealer pricing agreements. Where a manufacturer changes its pricing, our pricing changes with it.
Sales tax is applied where legally required.
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, and mobile wallets including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Payment methods are pre-authorized at checkout and charged once stock is confirmed with the manufacturer.

All products are subject to availability. Manufacturers discontinue models, change specifications, and adjust lead times without notifying retailers in advance. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Products sold here carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms, length, and coverage are set by each manufacturer and are listed on individual product pages. Because we are an authorized retailer, products purchased from us arrive with their full factory warranty intact.
We do not provide a separate retailer warranty, and we do not extend, modify, or replace manufacturer warranty terms.
The site itself is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties relating to the site, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This disclaimer applies to the website, not to the products sold through it.
Reviews on this site come from verified purchases through our own store, collected by a third-party review platform.
If you post a review, it should reflect firsthand experience with the product. Reviews containing profanity, abusive or discriminatory language, false statements, or content posted on behalf of a competitor may be removed.

If something goes wrong with an order, contact us first. We answer our own phone, and nearly every issue is faster to solve with a call than through a dispute process.
