Within 24 hours of placing the order: Cancel at no charge, for a full refund.
After 24 hours, before the order ships: Cancellation is accepted, minus the payment processing fee, which is not returned to us when a charge is refunded:
This amount is deducted from the refund.
To cancel, contact us as quickly as possible — call or text (469) 949-2484 during business hours, use the chat on the site, or email sales@spacesavingbed.com at any time. Once an order leaves the warehouse it can no longer be cancelled.
An order that has shipped cannot be cancelled. It becomes a return once it arrives. See the return terms below.
Custom and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or returned. These items go into production specifically for one order and are not stock inventory the manufacturer can resell.
All sales are final on custom and made-to-order products. The manufacturer's warranty still applies in full.
If a product page does not make clear whether an item is made to order, contact us before purchasing and we will confirm.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Contact us to start a return. Do not ship an item back without a return authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be tracked, credited, or claimed.
Condition: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Inspect the outside of the boxes at delivery, as described in our Shipping Policy. If the packaging shows no damage and the item is not being reported as damaged, keep the item boxed until the return is resolved. Once an item has been assembled or used, it is no longer eligible for return.
Return freight: The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, and for any reconsignment fees caused by an address error or a missed delivery appointment.
Restocking fee: Returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, set by the manufacturer and varying by brand. Contact us for the specific figure on a given product before initiating a return.
Exchanges: Exchanges are available. The customer is responsible for return shipping on the original item.
Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. within 10 business days.
Items that arrive damaged are handled as a freight claim, not a return. There is no restocking fee and no return shipping cost to the customer on a valid freight claim.
Freight claims depend on the delivery inspection steps described in our Shipping Policy:
We file the claim with the carrier on the customer's behalf and arrange either replacement parts to be shipped out, or a full replacement depending on where the damage is and its severity.
Warranty terms are set by each manufacturer and are listed on individual product pages.
Warranty coverage addresses defects and failures that appear over time. Damage that was present on arrival is a freight claim, not a warranty claim, and is subject to the 24-hour reporting window above.
We resolve issues directly, and we would rather hear about a problem from you as our guest than read about it from a card issuer. We can handle issues much quicker that way.
A chargeback filed before contacting us usually slows the resolution down — the funds are frozen during the dispute, which removes our ability to issue a refund, send a replacement, or file a freight claim while it is open. Nearly every issue is faster to solve by calling.
