Why prices look the same across most dealers

Most of the brands we carry set a minimum advertised price that every authorized dealer agrees to follow. It is why the same murphy bed costs close to the same at every legitimate retailer selling it.

This matters when comparing prices. A significantly lower price usually means one of three things: the seller is not an authorized dealer for that brand, the item is a discontinued or open-box unit, or a manufacturer-approved promotion is running that we can match once we know about it.

The third case is what this policy is for. Tell us, and we will match it.

What we match

We match the total delivered cost — item price plus shipping — from another authorized online retailer.

Sales tax is excluded from the calculation.

Eligibility

To be matched, the competing offer must meet all of the following:

• Authorized dealer. The competitor must be an authorized retailer of that brand. Manufacturers publish dealer lists, and we verify against them.
• Online retailer. The competitor must operate as an online store without a physical retail location.
• In stock. The item must be in stock and available to order on the competitor's site at the time of the request.
• Identical product. Same brand, same model, same size, same finish, same configuration.
• Not a marketplace or liquidator. Auction sites, marketplace listings, and liquidation or overstock sellers are excluded.
• Not a bundled or conditional offer. Rebates, buy-one-get-one offers, gift-with-purchase deals, coupon-stacked totals, and membership pricing are excluded.
• Not a seasonal event. Site-wide promotional events such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday are excluded.

When manufacturer pricing limits a match

Some competing prices fall below below our own cost on a unit. Those requests cannot be approved. However, such a low price is very rare and is often from unauthorized dealers.

How to request a match

Before ordering: Send us the competing listing and we will confirm whether we can match it before you buy.

After ordering: Requests are accepted within 14 days of your order date. Approved matches are refunded to the original payment method as the difference between what you paid and the matched total.

Send proof of the lower price — a screenshot, a link to the live listing, or an emailed quote showing the item price and shipping cost. The listing must be live and verifiable at the time we review it.
