Shipping Information

Maxima House will process and ship most in-stock items from our facility within 2-5 business days of the order. The size and type of order determine whether it will be shipped palletized or via small parcel. Typically, the merchandise arrives within 3 to 10 business days. Our established distribution relationships with national carriers ensure prompt, reliable, and undamaged delivery. When your order is picked up from our facility, an email with tracking information will be sent to you. We encourage tracking your shipment through the courier’s website or phone. For most palletized deliveries, a representative from the shipping company will contact you during transportation to arrange delivery. Please reach out if anything seems unusual about the progress of your shipment.

Receiving the Order

For palletized orders:

• Please honor your delivery appointment. If the courier cannot reach you, the item will be sent back, and any incurred expenses will be deducted from the refund.
• Ask the driver to cut open the pallet straps and shrink wrap before handling the boxes from the truck to the ground.
• IMPORTANT: You will be asked to sign a receipt form. Before signing, carefully inspect all boxes for any damage (rips, holes, smashed areas, etc.) and note any signs of damage on the form you sign. For example, you can write, “Box received with visible damage.” If you do notate the form, the courier will not honor any claims against damage incurred during transportation.
• If you notice substantial damage, please refuse the shipment. Open freight immediately, and if damage is found, take photos and email info@maximahouse.com within 24 hours.
• If receiving at a commercial location and utilizing a forklift, inspect the pallet before unloading.

Damage Claims

All packages are 100% insured. Please submit any damage claims within 30 days of delivery.

Warning

When choosing a high gloss color option, only the face panels will have a high gloss finish. The rest of the product will have a semi-gloss (satin) finish or matte finish. The high gloss finish reflects surrounding light, and the color may appear slightly different depending on the light temperature and color tone.

Warranty

We emphasize quality and set high standards for ourselves and our partners. Our products are made with first-rate materials for longevity and certified by safety and quality authorities. Most items feature low or zero emission high-grade finishes for scratch resistance and color retention. All products have CARB 2 Certification and are made of CARB P2 compliant particle board. Hinges and drawer glides are tested for durability and ease of use. Maxima House products come with a one-year factory warranty against manufacturing defects. The internal metal mechanisms have a lifetime factory warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover breakage, deformation, discoloration, or wear and tear due to improper use or cleaning. Spare parts are available at cost.
