However, for customers who want to skip the assembly, we offer assembly services for most brands. Even if you do not see the option to add assembly to your order or select white glove delivery, you should see the option called "connect me with an installer." Here's how each option works:
White Glove Delivery
- Select White Glove Delivery at checkout or on the product page if available.
- After shipment, you will receive a call to book your delivery appointment.
- A team of two will handle your item to the room of your choice, unbox the item, assemble it completely, and remove all debris.
This is usually available at an extra charge, but is rarely available for free and for select brands. Please refer to the product page or consider checking out and entering your zip code and state to see if white glove delivery is an option for the specific brand you're interested in.
Maunal Assembly
- Select assembly on the product page or at checkout if available
- You will receive a call to book your regular curbside shipment. At the time of delivery, your product will be delivered to your curb and you will be responsible for handling it inside your home.
- Afterwards, we will book an assembly professional to arrive at an agreed-on date between you and us, and they will assemble the product for you.
This is often available, at an extra charge, and may very rarely be offered for free as a promotion. Please refer to the product page or checkout to see if this is an available option for the brand you're interested in.
Connect Me With An Installer
This option includes us connecting you with an assembly professional to assemble and/or install your product for you. You would pay the assembly professional - all we would do is send you their contact information, and a quote if specifically requested. We offer this service as a courtesy from us to our guests and thus do not charge for it.
