Shipping Information

All packages are fully insured. Please ensure that all damage claims are submitted within 30 days of delivery. Maxima House typically processes and ships most in-stock items within 2-5 business days. The shipping method, whether palletized or small parcel, will depend on the size and type of your order. Most deliveries usually arrive within 3 to 10 business days. After your order is picked up, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Receiving Your Order

For palletized deliveries:

1. Be sure to honor your delivery appointment; if the courier cannot reach you, items will be sent back, and any incurred costs will be deducted from your refund.
2. Request the driver to cut open the pallet straps and shrink wrap, and assist in transferring boxes from the truck to the ground.
3. IMPORTANT: You will need to sign a form upon receipt. Before signing, carefully inspect all boxes for damage (rips, holes, etc.). Document any signs of damage on the receipt form. For substantial damages, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

Warranty

We prioritize quality and adhere to high standards for both ourselves and our partners, utilizing premier materials for durability. All products have CARB 2 Certification and are compliant with CPSIA/CPSC/PROP65. Our items come with a one-year factory warranty against manufacturing defects, while internal metal mechanisms are covered by a lifetime warranty. Please note that the warranty excludes damages due to improper use or cleaning. Spare parts are available upon request.
