Receiving Your Order

For palletized deliveries:

• Honor your delivery appointment to avoid any return fees.
• Ask the driver to open the pallet and shrink wrap.
• Inspect all boxes for damage before signing the receipt.
• If damage is visible, write it on the receipt, e.g., "Box received with visible damage."
• Refuse the shipment if substantial damage is found and take photos for claims.
