Shipping Information

Maxima House will process and ship most in-stock items from our facility within 2-5 business days of your order. Receiving the Order

For palletized deliveries, please adhere to your delivery appointment. If the courier cannot reach you, the item will be returned to us, and any incurred expenses will be deducted from your refund. Upon delivery, inspect all boxes for damage. If you notice any signs of damage, document it on the receipt before signing. In case of significant damage, refuse the shipment entirely and report any issues within 24 hours.

Warranty Information

Maxima House products come with a one-year factory warranty against manufacturing defects, while internal metal mechanisms have a lifetime warranty against such defects.
