The mattress is included, measuring 55.1"x78.7". This unit is secured to the wall with a locking feature to prevent self-opening, though the mounting hardware is not included. Professional assembly is highly recommended. An LED light is also included. This product is made in Europe, with dimensions of 63.3"L x 16.5"D (89.7"D when unfolded) x 86.5"H and weighs 393 lbs.

Shipping Information

All packages are 100% insured. Please note that all damage claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Maxima House will process and ship most in-stock items from our facility within 2-5 business days after the order is placed. The shipping method will depend on the size and type of the order, whether palletized or via small parcel. Typically, merchandise arrives within 3 to 10 business days. We have established distribution relationships with national carriers and take all precautions to ensure prompt, reliable, and undamaged delivery. Upon pick up from our facility, you will receive an email with tracking information and we recommend tracking your shipment through the courier’s website or phone. For palletized deliveries, a representative from the shipping company will call you during transportation to arrange delivery. Please reach out to us if anything seems unusual regarding your shipment's progress.

Receiving the Order

For palletized deliveries:

1. Honor your delivery appointment. If the courier cannot reach you, the item will be returned to us, and any incurred expenses will be deducted from the refund.
2. Request the driver to cut open the pallet straps and shrink wrap, then assist in moving the boxes from the truck to the ground.
3. IMPORTANT: You will be asked to sign a form acknowledging receipt. It is crucial to CHECK FOR DAMAGE before signing. Inspect all boxes carefully for any visible damage (rips, holes, smashed areas, missing straps, etc.). Note any signs of potential damage on the form. For example, “Box received with visible damage”. If no notation is made, the courier will not honor any claims for damage incurred during transportation. If damage is significant, refuse the shipment entirely. Make sure to open freight immediately. If damage is found, take photos and email info@maximahouse.com. Claims must be made within 24 hours.

Note: If receiving at a commercial location and using a forklift, inspect the pallet before unloading.
