All packages are 100% insured. Please note that all damage claims should be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Maxima House processes and ships most in-stock items from our facility within 2-5 business days. The size and type of order determine whether it will be shipped palletized or via small parcel. Typically, merchandise takes 3 to 10 business days to arrive. We have established distribution relationships with national carriers to ensure prompt, reliable, and undamaged delivery. Tracking information will be emailed once your order is picked up.

Receiving Your Order

For palletized deliveries, kindly honor your delivery appointment. If the courier cannot reach you, the item is returned to us, and incurred expenses would be deducted from your refund. During delivery, ask the driver to cut open the pallet straps and shrink wrap. It is crucial to inspect all boxes for any damage before signing the receipt. If significant damage is found, please refuse the shipment and take photos for claims.
