Receiving Your Order

When receiving a palletized order, please adhere to the following:

1. Honor your delivery appointment to avoid returns.
2. Request the driver to open the pallet straps and shrink wrap before handling boxes.
3. Inspect all boxes for damage before signing the delivery receipt. Notate any damage on the form.

If substantial damage is evident, refuse the shipment and report it immediately.

Warranty Information

All Maxima House products are crafted with high-quality materials and come with a one-year factory warranty against manufacturing defects. The internal metal mechanisms are covered with a lifetime warranty for defects. Please note, the warranty does not cover wear and tear due to improper use or cleaning. Spare parts are available at cost.
