All packages are fully insured. Please submit any damage claims within 30 days of delivery. Maxima House aims to process and ship most in-stock items within 2-5 business days. Delivery methods may vary based on order size and type, with items typically arriving within 3 to 10 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is picked up for delivery.

Receiving the Order

For palletized deliveries, please follow these steps:

• Honor your delivery appointment. If you cannot be reached, the item will be returned at your expense.
• Request the driver to cut the pallet straps and shrink wrap, and assist in handling the boxes to the ground.
• Inspect all boxes for damage before signing the acknowledgment form; any visible damage must be noted. Examples include: "Box received with visible damage."
• If substantial damage is evident, refuse the shipment and open the freight immediately to check for hidden damage.

Warranty

We prioritize quality and maintain high standards for materials used. Most items feature low or zero emission high-grade finishes to enhance scratch resistance and color retention. All products have CARB 2 Certification and are made from CARB P2 compliant particle board. We offer a one-year factory warranty against manufacturing defects, with internal metal mechanisms covered for a lifetime against such defects.
