Receiving Your Order

For palletized deliveries:

1. Honor your delivery appointment; failure to do so may result in the item being returned at your expense.
2. Request the driver to cut open the pallet straps and shrink wrap for easier handling.
3. Inspect all boxes for damage before signing the delivery acknowledgment form.
