Shipping Information

Maxima House will process and ship most in-stock items from our facility within 2-5 business days of the order. The size and type of order dictate whether it will be shipped palletized or via small parcel. Merchandise usually takes 3 to 10 business days to arrive. We have established distribution relationships with national carriers to ensure prompt, reliable, and undamaged delivery. Tracking information will be emailed once your order is picked up.

Receiving Your Order

For palletized deliveries, please honor your delivery appointment. If the courier cannot reach you, the item will be sent back, and any incurred expenses will be deducted from your refund. When receiving your order:

• Ask the driver to cut open the pallet straps and shrink wrap, then handle the boxes from the truck to the ground.
• Inspect all boxes carefully for any damage before signing the receipt.
• If you notice damage, note it on the form you are asked to sign.
• For substantial damage, refuse the shipment and take photos for reference.

Damage Claims

All packages are 100% insured. Please submit any damage claims within 30 days of delivery.
