Leto Muro stands behind each and every product we manufacture and guarantee our work through the following one-year limited warranty.
In order to provide you with timely assistance, please thoroughly inspect your furniture for missing or defective parts immediately after opening the carton. To receive replacement or missing part(s) under this warranty, visit our website at www.i-need-parts.com, or email us at service@tgdnaf.comor or call our Consumer Service Department TOLL FREE at 1-888-925-2337, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm EST. Please have the model number and part number(s) located in the Instruction Sheet available for reference. Replacement part(s) will be shipped to you at no charge with Leto Muro assuming all shipping and handling expenses.
All Leto Muro products are warranted to the original purchaser at the time of purchase and for a period of one year thereafter. Warranty is valid only in the United States of America. We warrant to you, the original purchaser, that our furniture and all of its parts and components are free of defects in material or workmanship. "Defects", as used in this warranty, is defined as any imperfections that impair the use of the furniture or product.
Our warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of furniture parts and components. For one year after the date of purchase, Leto Muro will replace any part described on the enclosed furniture parts list that is defective in material or workmanship. This warranty applies under conditions of normal use. Our furniture products are not intended for outdoor use. The warranty does not cover: 1) defects caused by improper assembly or disassembly; 2) defects occurring after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or exposure to the elements; 3) cosmetic damage and 4) labor or assembly costs.
Except as provided herein, Leto Muro makes no express warranties, and any implied warranty, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is limited in its duration to the duration of the written limited warranty set forth herein. Except as provided herein, Leto Muro shall have no liability or responsibility to the purchaser or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by use of the product, including, but not limited to, any incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty can last or the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Shipping & Returns
At Space Saving Bed,
we want you to experience Comfort Without Compromise by providing high-quality
multipurpose furniture for your guest room/home office while providing a first
class shopping experience. For that reason, we’ve outlined clear policies below
regarding shipping, returns, and cancellations below. Please read on for more
information!
Delivery Types
Please note that most orders will deliver via Curbside
Delivery. This means the product will be delivered to the curb or driveway of
your home or the equivalent, and you will have to handle it to the inside of
the house. For two able-bodied adults, this will be no problem, so we suggest
using help from another person. Other delivery options include white glove
delivery, and Threshold Delivery for Innovation Living which would include
delivery to the first dry area such as the front door of your house or the
lobby of an apartment or condo.
Shipping (What to Do Once Your Item Arrives)
1.
First things first, please
make sure to be available at your scheduled delivery appointment. If you are
not available, the item will be sent back to the warehouse and you will be
responsible for shipping costs.
2.
Once your item arrives,
please inspect all boxes carefully before signing the delivery papers. See if
there is any box damage, perforation, scratches, or any of the like and make a
specific note of the type of damage on the Bill of Lading delivery paper. Be as
precise as possible about where and when it seems like the damage may have
occurred.
3.
Open your boxes right away.
If you are suspicious of damages, you can also ask the driver to wait for you
to open the boxes to check for damages before signing the delivery papers, so
you can notate any damage. If your driver refuses, you may note “possible
hidden damage” on the Bill of Lading. It is important to be careful with this,
as it is possible for shipping companies to not take your claim seriously if
you do not notate damage where it could be.
4.
If you find any damage to
the item, take images and contact us right away. Claims cannot be made 5 days
after delivery, so make sure to contact us as soon as possible, before the
five-day mark.
Damages
As stated above, always inspect all boxes carefully before
signing delivery papers, and notate any bit of damage visible on the box on the
Bill of Lading paper when signing. If any damage is found, please take images
and contact us right away before 5 days after delivery, as no claims can be
made after 5 days. We take damages very seriously and you will be sent a
replacement for the damaged part or an entire replacement, and will be not be
charged any additional fees as the damage was not your fault, but the fault of
the shipping company. Please rest easy. While we stress the importance of noting
specific damages on delivery papers and offer a detailed process upon receiving
your shipment, please know that damages actually rarely happen!
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location, but for most orders,
the product will deliver in roughly 7-8 business days after placing the order,
and specifically will ship out in around 3 business days.
What About Shipping Cost?
Please note that we offer free shipping for most of the
brands we carry. For certain brands, we even offer free white glove delivery
& assembly! Those are the deals you get when shopping with us. However, to
confirm, simply add your product to cart and proceed to checkout, then enter
your shipping address and view the delivery options. In most cases, it will
mention “Free Shipping.” If there is a flat fee being charged, then the brand
of that product or that specific product does not qualify for free shipping.
Missing, Stolen, or Lost Packages
In the very unlikely event that you did not receive your
order despite it being noted as delivered, please contact us as soon as
possible. We take this very seriously and will initiate a claim with the
carrier, and you will not be responsible for any charges. When you’re shopping
with Space Saving Bed, rest assured – we’ve got you covered, from product
placement to delivery and handling damages.
Returns &
Refunds
If you would like to return an item after it has arrived,
you may do so within 30 days of delivery. All merchandise must be in its
original packaging, unused, and free from any damage. A restocking fee of up
to 25% will be deducted from your refund, as well as return shipping cost To initiate a return, please contact us via
any of the contact methods provided here. Please note that your request
will have to be approved first, and it will be approved within 24 business
hours of your initial request. Once approved, we will email you confirmation,
and walk you through the next steps to shipping your item back and receiving
your refund. Your refund will be credited only to the original payment method
used in your purchase, and you will receive it in 5-10 business days.
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order before it ships, you
may do so without any extra charge by calling or emailing us. If your order has
shipped, this situation would then fall under our return and refund policy,
where you will have to wait for the product to arrive to then start your return
process.
Custom Orders:
Custom order sales are final and cannot be canceled once
they are in production as they are tailored specifically to your unique
needs. If you have any doubts about
whether or not your order qualifies as custom, please contact us and we will be
glad to assist you!
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. However, you may
start a return process, receive your refund and then place a new order.
