Delivery Methods
We offer free standard curbside delivery. For certain products, we also offer white glove delivery or threshold delivery.
- Curbside Delivery: Drop-off at the curb; you will be responsible for bringing the product inside your home.
- Threshold Delivery: Need help handling the product to your home? Choose Threshold Delivery at checkout for the delivery team to handle the product to the first available room. *Does not include unpacking, assembly, or room of choice delivery.
- White Glove Delivery: Need help with assembly? Choose white glove delivery for the most premium delivery option, including room of choice delivery, unpacking, and assembly all by a reliable and fast team of two.

Products will deliver within 2-3 weeks of order placement.

Need help with assembly? If available, choose White Glove Delivery at checkout for full unpacking, assembly, and boxes removed from your home!
Cancellations/Returns
Cancellations
All orders may be cancelled or changed with no additional charges within 24 hours of order placement. If you placed your order at the end of the week or on a weekend, that deadline extends to the beginning of the business week. Returns
If you would like to return an item after it has arrived, you may do so as long as:
- The item is unopened and unused, thus in re-sellable condition.
- The box is in original condition and is not damaged
- NOTE: Some items are nonreturnable. Please see below for information on the specific brand or call us at 469-949-2484.
Please note: A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, and return freight shipping will be your responsibility as the customer. Those are the same conditions you would get when shopping with other retailers, as the products are all directly from the manufacturer.
To initiate the return, please contact us via live chat, email, or phone. We will have to firstly approve your request. Once approved, we will email you confirmation, and walk you through the next steps to shipping your item back and receiving your refund. Your refund will be credited only to the original payment method used in your purchase, and you will receive it in 5-10 business days.
