All packages are 100% insured. Please note that all damage claims should be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Order Shipping Information

Maxima House will process and ship most in-stock items from our facility within 2-5 business days after the order is placed. The shipping method (palletized or small parcel) may vary based on the size and type of order. Typically, it takes 3 to 10 business days for items to arrive. We have established distribution relationships with national carriers to ensure prompt and reliable delivery. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is picked up from our facility.

Receiving the Order

• Please honor your delivery appointment; if the courier cannot reach you, the item will be returned, and any incurred expenses will be deducted from your refund.
• Ask the driver to cut open the pallet straps and shrink wrap and handle the boxes from the truck to the ground.
• IMPORTANT: You will need to sign a receipt. Before signing, inspect all boxes for damage and note any visible issues on the receipt.
• If damage is substantial, refuse the shipment entirely and open freight immediately. If you find any damage, take photos and report to info@maximahouse.com within 24 hours.
