We offer a 5-year limited warranty on materials and manufacturing defects covering gears, mechanisms, wooden and metal frames, and spring, latex, or foam cores. This warranty applies to private/residential use only.

For warranty claims, please provide a copy of the original purchase receipt, photos/videos demonstrating the defect, and a photo of the product label. Our quality control department will assess the claim and decide if it should be repaired or replaced.
