The bold circular molding design on the Brussels is inspired by 18th-century European furniture. The ash is a pickled finish on Acacia veneer with natural wood features. The new “Flip Top” Creden-ZzZ style cabinet bed gives sleepers more headroom while keeping a low, easy-to-use top surface. Simply slide items to the back to flip open the top. Latches and safety chains are hidden inside for a clean exterior. The solid sleeping platform makes a comfortable bed — no springs, no rolling to the middle, and no “bar-in-your-back.” Available in queen size only.

Arason offers a 1-year limited warranty.
This 1-year limited warranty applies the Creden-ZzZ cabinet bed only, not the mattress. It covers any part of the cabinet or cabinet components which fail to perform due to manufacturing defects or defective materials within the one-year period.
This warranty does not apply where there is evidence of excessive wear, soiling, imrpoper cleaning or abuse, and any such evidence will void the limited warranty. This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from negligence, misuse, user error, fires or accidents or commercial usage, or to cabinets exposed to extreme humidity levels, excessive heat, or extreme temperature variations.
The judgment of Arason Enterprises will be final as to all matters concerning the conditions of the furniture, the cause and nature of the defect, and the necessity of manner of repair. Expenses incurred by the customer to repair will not be the responsibility of Arason Enterprises, Inc. unless Arason
Enterprises, Inc. is notified in advance of the repair, a written estimate from the repair service is provided and Arason Enterprises, Inc. approves the charges prior to repair. Arason Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for any assembly charges incurred by customers without its express written authorization.
Should you need to report any problems or claims under this warranty, please contact us directly. Provide photos and a written description of the problem, along with proof of purchase. (Proof of purchase must include the date, the amount, and the items bought.) We will directly contact Arason for service arrangements.
In the unlikely event that the repair requires the product to be returned to Arason Enterprises Inc., the costs of packaging and freight between the custoemr and Arason Enterprises Inc. will not be covered and will be the responsibility of the original purchaser. The Creden-ZzZ Cabinet Bed or parts and products may not be altered by any person, dealer, or company without the express written authorization of Arason Enterprises Inc.

Order Confirmation:

Order Shipment:
At Space Saving Bed, we understand the excitement of receiving your new bed promptly. Our space saving beds typically ship within 3-5 business days after placing your order. However, please note that occasional delays may occur, and in such cases, we will proactively communicate with you to keep you informed about the status of your shipment. Within 24 hours of your order being shipped, we will send you tracking information so you may monitor the progress of your order.
NOTE: We only offer shipping in the United States, and we cannot accommodate international shipping requests.
Shipping Costs:
We believe in providing a hassle-free shipping experience for our valued customers. Therefore, we offer free shipping on all orders for your convenience. We want you to invest the money in saving space, not shipping.
Delivery Times:
We strive to deliver your Space Saving Bed products within 5-10 business days from the date of order placement. However, it's important to note that delivery times are not set in stone and can vary depending on factors beyond our control. Each product page on our website provides a shipping estimate, but please keep in mind that these estimates are subject to change and may not always be accurate. To track the progress of your delivery, you may use the tracking information we sent you when your order shipped out. Upon Delivery
Once your product is delivered, carefully examine it BEFORE you sign the Bill of Lading (BOL). If you notice any issues, please take photos and contact us at sales@spacesavingbed.com within 48 hours. We will work tirelessly to solve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
To ensure the timely and successful delivery of your order, we make every effort to validate the shipping address you provide during the checkout process. In the event that an incorrect shipping address is provided and we are unable to recover the package, Space Saving Bed cannot be held responsible. We kindly request that you double-check the accuracy of your shipping information before finalizing your purchase. If needed, we may cancel your order as long as it has not yet shipped and issue a full refund.
Missing, Stolen, or Lost Packages Policy:
In the unlikely event that you did not receive your order, despite it being noted as delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. We take such incidents seriously and will go out of our way to assist you. We will initiate a claim with the carrier on your behalf and conduct a thorough investigation to determine the whereabouts of your package. Kindly allow us up to 21 days to complete the investigation and reach a resolution. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work diligently to resolve any issues that arise.
Cancellations:
At Space Saving Bed, we prioritize our guests and have designed our policies to be straightforward, keeping your needs in mind. You can cancel your order easily and, for most products, without any charges before it ships. Some brands, however, may charge an administration fee up to $25. To know whether you’d be charged a fee for cancellation, please contact us. In most cases, you will be able to cancel your order with no fees, as very few of our brands operate the other way.
Cancellations before shipping:
If you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet been shipped, you can do so hassle-free and receive a full refund. Simply reach us via live chat (fastest option), phone call at (469) 949-2484, or via email at sales@spacesavingbed.com. We will promptly process your cancellation request.
Cancellations of custom orders:
Please note that once custom orders are in production, they cannot be canceled as they are tailored specifically to your unique specifications. If you have any doubts about whether your purchase falls under a custom order, please contact us through the aforementioned channels, and we will be glad to assist you.
Refunds and Returns:
At Space Saving Bed, we want our policies to work in favor of our guests. That's why we have a 30-day return policy, allowing you to return an item within 30 days of receiving it. Please continue reading to understand more about specific return cases.
Damage Policy
When you receive your product, carefully examine it. In the unlikely event that a product you ordered arrives damaged or defective, you have the right to refuse the delivery. Take photos of the item, and email sales@spacesavingbed.com within 48 hours.
Return Policy
If you change your mind about a product and choose to return it, you may do so within 30 days of your purchase. Depending on the brand you purchased, however, the product may have to be unopened and unused. Contact us for specific brand information. This is not regarding damages; any damages would fall under our damage policy, which we take very seriously and will refund you for, or replace the product for you, with no charges.
Once you initiate your return (you may do so by contacting us at sales@spacesavingbed.com, live chat, or phone at 469-949-2484) you will be emailed confirmation. Once approved, please note that a restocking fee up to 25% will apply and be deducted from the full refund. Restocking fee varies by brand, please check the "By Brand" section above for more information about the restocking fee.
Shipping charges:
Please note that you are responsible for any shipping charges incurred during the return process.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@spacesavingbed.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back to us without prior authorization.
Refunds:

Arason is all about "sleeping places in small spaces." In 2002, an entrepreneurial couple, Jane and Jon, started Arason Enterprises as a solution to limited space problems, knowing full well that the traditional beds on the market would not solve the needs of those struggling with limited space, and they wanted to go even beyond regular wall beds.
In 2002, Jane Arason came up with the idea of the original Fu-Chest, which held a futon inside. As time went on, Arason grew outside the futon market and came out with the Creden-ZzZ, the beautiful cabinet murphy bed you see today. Ever since, Arason has grown to be one of the best cabinet murphy bed manufacturers in the market, standing firmly on their values of quality, innovation, and space-saving.
Our Shipping Partners
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@spacesavingbed.com
No Shipping outside the USA. (Some exceptions apply - if the website permits you to check out and enter your shipping address, you will receive your order. Some products in particular are available in Canada).
Upon Receiving The Product (What To Do When Your Item Arrives)
Changing Address
If the order has been processed or shipped and you'd like to change your address, we will do our best to accommodate for this change. Please expect delays for all address changes. However, if there are any additional charges from our freight companies because of this change, this will be paid by the customer. No Exceptions Apply.
Shipping Times
All shipping times are estimates and should not be taken as a guarantee. We make sure our vendors know of new orders to get orders shipped out as soon as possible. With that being said, if a customer decides to cancel an order due to a shipment not arriving in the estimated time frame, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping charges, fees, warehouse storage costs, and any other fees associated with the order. Any customer that files a chargeback for delays in shipping will be held criminally liable for theft. No Exceptions Apply.
Shipping Options
Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is always completely free! This option usually takes between 5-15 days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have submitted your order. There are other options available, however. We also offer:
Sometimes, Threshold Shipping or White Glove Delivery may be free for a limited time. If you see this offer, we suggest taking advantage of it immediately as most products usually only qualify for curbside shipping.
Cancellations & Refunds:
At Space Saving Bed, we pride ourselves on having the best return policies in the industry. Cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge (exceptions apply such as custom orders, see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at (469) 949-2484, the chat in the bottom right, or email sales@spacesavingbed.com at any time.
Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.
These units are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for Custom made and Made to order products.
Refunds and Returns.
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur up to a 25% restocking fee (varies based on the brand, please contact us for more info) + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Customers have 30 days from the date they received the item to initiate a return, however, please check the specific return policy for the brand of product you are purchasing as the brand specific return policy on the product page overrides this general return policy of 30 days. Some brands may not allow returns, and others may only allow returns if the product is unopened. Please refer to the specific brand for more information on the specific return policy.
Shipping Times
We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelming demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on).
Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Space Saving Bed's control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.

When you are making a purchase from Space Saving Bed, you are acknowledging the following of the Exchange Agreement:
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make very specific note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos of damage, box and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to sales@spacesavingbed.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures, or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.
If you do not note damage on the delivery papers when signing, the freight damage claim will not be valid. This is crucial, if you find any damage upon delivery, note it and be specific on the delivery papers before signing.
Warranty
Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time — if an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.
Returns
The Space Saving Bed default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Nearly all of our products have guarantee warranty policies - meaning that you will 100% get a fully functional, operating product that you paid for without any extra expenses incurred on your end - please see individual product pages for details.
BOGO Promotions
In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one of the two items is returned, you will get a replacement of that item or store credit for the value of that item when purchased on its own. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and depending on the manufacturer, potentially a restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Chargebacks
Our team of agents are here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry. We are on your team. We are immediately responsive and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.
Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue.
