Shipping Information

All packages are 100% insured. Please submit any damage claims within 30 days of delivery. Maxima House will process and ship most in-stock items from our facility within 2-5 business days. Depending on the order size and type, it may be shipped palletized or as a small parcel, with an expected delivery time of 3 to 10 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is picked up. For palletized deliveries, a representative from the shipping company will contact you to arrange delivery.

Receiving the Order

For palletized deliveries:

1. Honor your delivery appointment to avoid return shipping fees.
2. Request the driver to cut open the pallet straps and shrink wrap.
3. Inspect all boxes carefully for any possible damage before signing for receipt.
