Shipping

All packages are fully insured. Please submit any damage claims within 30 days of delivery.

Maxima House typically processes and ships most in-stock items from our facility within 2-5 business days. The shipping method depends on the size and type of the order, whether palletized or via small parcel. Delivery usually takes between 3 to 10 business days. We collaborate with national carriers to ensure prompt, reliable, and intact delivery. Once your order is picked up, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Receiving the Order

Palletized:

1. Honor your delivery appointment. Failure to do so may result in the item being returned to us, incurring expenses deducted from your refund.
2. Request the driver to cut open the pallet straps & shrink wrap and assist in moving the boxes from the truck to the ground.
3. IMPORTANT: You will be required to sign a form acknowledging receipt. Inspect all boxes for any signs of damage (rips, holes, etc.) before signing. Notate any visible damage on the form, e.g., “Box received with visible damage.” If not documented, the courier will not honor claims for damages incurred during transportation.
4. If substantial damage is observed, refuse the shipment. Open freight immediately and document any damage with photos, emailing them to info@maximahouse.com. Claims must be made within 24 hours.

Warranty

We are committed to quality and maintain high standards for our products. We utilize premium materials for durability and require certifications from safety and quality authorities. Most items are coated with low or zero emission high-grade finishes for scratch resistance and color retention, with all products having CARB 2 Certification. Our melamine-faced panels are made of CARB P2 compliant particle board, compliant with CPSIA/CPSC/PROP65 regulations. Hinges and drawer glides are tested for durability and usability.

Maxima House products include a one-year factory warranty against manufacturing defects, while internal metal mechanisms come with a lifetime factory warranty.
