Receiving Your Order

For palletized delivery:

• Honor your delivery appointment; missed appointments may incur charges.
• Ask the driver to open the pallet straps and help with unloading.
• Inspect all boxes for damage before signing the receipt. Any damage should be noted on the form.

Warranty

We emphasize quality and set high standards for materials and safety. All products have CARB 2 Certification, and most items are sealed with low or zero emission finishes to aid in scratch resistance and color retention.

Maxima House products come with a one-year factory warranty against manufacturing defects. The internal metal mechanisms have a lifetime warranty against defects. Warranty does not cover wear and tear from improper use or cleaning.
