Shipping

All packages are 100% insured. Please note that all damage claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Maxima House will process and ship most in-stock items from our facility within 2-5 business days of the order. The size and type of order determine whether it will be shipped palletized or via small parcel. Merchandise typically arrives within 3 to 10 business days. We have established distribution relationships with national carriers to ensure prompt, reliable, and undamaged delivery. You'll receive tracking information via email when your order is picked up from our facility. We encourage you to track your shipment through the courier’s website or phone. For most palletized deliveries, a representative from the shipping company will contact you during transportation to arrange delivery.

Receiving the Order

Palletized orders:

• Please honor your delivery appointment; missed appointments will result in the item being sent back to us at your expense.
• Ask the driver to cut open the pallet straps and shrink wrap, then handle the boxes from the truck to the ground.
• IMPORTANT: You will be required to sign a form acknowledging receipt. Before signing, inspect all boxes carefully for any possible damage, such as rips, holes, or smashed areas. Document any signs of possible damage on the form.
• If damage is substantial, refuse the shipment. Open freight immediately. If you find any damage, take photos and email info@maximahouse.com. Claims must be made within 24 hours.

Warranty

We emphasize quality and set high standards for ourselves and our partners by using first-rate materials for longevity. All products have CARB 2 Certification and comply with CPSIA/CPSC/PROP65 standards. Our products come with a one-year factory warranty against manufacturing defects, including breakage, deformation, or discoloration. The internal metal mechanisms carry a lifetime factory warranty against manufacturing defects. Note that the warranty does not cover wear and tear due to improper use or cleaning.
