Shipping Information

All packages are 100% insured. Please note that all damage claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. MAXIMAHOUSE.COM will process and ship most in-stock items from our facility within 2-5 business days from the order date. The shipping method depends on the size and type of order, whether it is shipped palletized or via small parcel. Generally, merchandise takes 3 to 10 business days to arrive. We collaborate with national carriers to ensure prompt, reliable, and undamaged delivery. An email with tracking information will be sent once your order is picked up from our facility.

Receiving Your Order

For palletized deliveries:

1. Please respect your delivery appointment. If the courier cannot contact you, the item will be returned to us, and any incurred expenses will be deducted from your refund.
2. Request the driver to cut open the pallet straps and shrink wrap, and assist in handling the boxes to the ground.
3. Important: You will need to sign a form acknowledging receipt. Ensure you check for damage before signing. Inspect all boxes carefully for any possible damage (rips, holes, smashed areas, missing straps, etc.). Document any signs of possible damage on the form, e.g., “Box received with visible damage.” If you do not note the damage, the courier may not honor claims regarding damage incurred during transportation. If the damage is significant, please refuse the shipment entirely.

Warranty
