Shipping Information

All packages are 100% insured. Please note that any damage claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Most in-stock items are processed and shipped from our facility within 2-5 business days. The mode of shipment depends on the size and type of order, which could be palletized or sent via small parcel. Delivery typically takes between 3 to 10 business days.

Receiving Your Order

For palletized deliveries, please follow these steps:

  1. Honor your delivery appointment to avoid return shipping charges.
  2. Request the driver to cut open the pallet straps and shrink wrap.
  3. Sign the receipt form only after carefully inspecting all boxes for damage.

If you notice any damage, document it on the receipt and take photos for claims. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Warranty Information

Maxima House emphasizes quality and uses top-grade materials. All products comply with CARB 2 Certification and have a one-year factory warranty against manufacturing defects. Internal metal mechanisms carry a lifetime warranty. Please note that the warranty does not cover issues due to improper use or cleaning.

Queen Murphy Bed

I love my bed, it is very comfortable to sleep on and easy to fold up and down. The mattress is extremely comfortable ... the couch part is not very comfortable though.. the cushions are very hard but I bought this bed more for the Queen bed and not the couch so not a deal breaker... it is still nice to have the option for both.

I recommend hiring a professional installer to assemble. There are several boxes it comes in and a very time consuming task to conquer... better to pay a couple hundred to bypass this headache.

The best part of this company is the Customer Service, they are very responsive via text and email. When you call in, you are not talking to a robot but a real person who actually cares about your experience.

I would recommend this product, very happy with the overall experience.
