All packages are 100% insured. Please note, all damage claims should be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Maxima House will process and ship most in-stock items within 2-5 business days. Delivery time typically ranges from 3 to 10 business days. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is picked up.

For palletized deliveries, a representative may contact you to arrange delivery. Most palletized customers choose Self Service Truck Delivery, a curbside service.

Receiving the Order

Please honor your delivery appointment. If the courier cannot reach you, the item will be returned, and incurred expenses will be deducted from your refund. Upon delivery:

• Request the driver to cut open the pallet straps and shrink wrap.
• Inspect all boxes for potential damage before signing any receipt form.
• If damage is found, note it on the receipt and take photos for claims.
• Refuse shipment if substantial damage is evident.

Warranty

We emphasize quality and maintain high standards, using first-rate materials for longevity. Most items feature low or zero emission high-grade finishes for scratch resistance and color retention. All products have CARB 2 Certification and are made of CARB P2 compliant particle board. Our products include:

• One-year factory warranty against manufacturing defects
• Lifetime factory warranty on internal metal mechanisms
