All packages are fully insured. Please note that all damage claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Maxima House processes and ships most in-stock items within 2-5 business days. The shipping method varies based on the size and type of the order, and delivery typically takes 3 to 10 business days.

Receiving the Order

For palletized orders:

1. Please respect your delivery appointment; failure to do so may result in the item being sent back at your expense.
2. Request the driver to cut the pallet straps and shrink wrap before unloading the boxes.
3. Before signing for the delivery, inspect all boxes for potential damage and note any issues on the delivery form.

Damage Claims

All packages are insured, and claims for damage should be submitted within 30 days post-delivery. It is crucial to document any visible damage during delivery.
