Shipping Information
Maxima House will process and ship most in-stock items from our facility within 2-5 business days. The delivery method is determined by the size and type of the order, which may be shipped palletized or as a small parcel. Typically, delivery takes between 3 to 10 business days. All packages are 100% insured, and tracking information will be provided via email upon pickup from our facility.
Receiving Your Order
For palletized deliveries, please follow these steps:
- Honor your delivery appointment to avoid unnecessary returns.
- Ask the driver to assist with unpacking the pallet.
- Inspect all boxes for damage before signing for receipt.
- If damage is noted, document it on the delivery receipt.
Damage Claims
All packages are insured. Damage claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. If you notice any damage upon receipt, please take photos and email info@maximahouse.com within 24 hours.
