Shipping Information

All packages are 100% insured. Please note that all damage claims should be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Most in-stock items will be processed and shipped from our facility within 2-5 business days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on the order size and type. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is picked up.

Receiving the Order

For palletized deliveries:

1. Please attend your delivery appointment, as failure to do so may result in the item being returned and incurred expenses deducted from your refund.
2. Request the driver to open the pallet straps and shrink wrap before handling the boxes.
3. Inspect all boxes for damage before signing the receipt. Notate any visible damage on the form.

If substantial damage is evident, refuse the shipment and notify us immediately. Open freight upon delivery and document any damage with photos.

Warranty

We prioritize quality and set high standards for our products and partners. Most items are sealed with low or zero emission finishes to enhance durability. All products are CARB 2 certified and compliant with CPSIA, CPSC, and PROP65 regulations. MaximaHouse products come with a one-year factory warranty against manufacturing defects. Internal metal mechanisms have a lifetime warranty against defects, but the warranty does not cover wear and tear or improper usage. Spare parts are available upon request.
