Shipping Information

All packages are 100% insured. Please submit any damage claims within 30 days of delivery. Maxima House processes and ships most in-stock items within 2-5 business days. The type of order will determine if it is shipped palletized or via small parcel, with delivery usually taking 3 to 10 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Receiving the Order

For palletized deliveries:

1. Honor your delivery appointment. If the courier cannot reach you, the item will be sent back, and any costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.
2. Request the driver to cut open the pallet straps and shrink wrap, then handle the boxes to the ground.
3. Sign for receipt only after checking for damage. Inspect all boxes closely and document any signs of damage on the form you sign. If you notice significant damage, refuse the shipment and take photos for reporting.

Warranty Information

We emphasize quality and high standards. Our materials are selected for durability and safety, with most items featuring low or zero emission high-grade finishes for scratch resistance and color retention. All products comply with CARB 2 Certification and relevant safety standards. The products come with a one-year factory warranty against manufacturing defects and a lifetime warranty on internal metal mechanisms against manufacturing defects.
