Shipping Information

All packages are fully insured. Please note that any damage claims should be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Maxima House processes and ships most in-stock items from our facility within 2-5 business days of the order. The size and type of order determine whether it will be shipped palletized or via small parcel, with typical delivery taking 3 to 10 business days.

Receiving Your Order

For palletized deliveries:

1. Honor your delivery appointment; failure to do so may result in the item being returned and expenses deducted from your refund.
2. Request the driver to cut open the pallet straps and shrink wrap for easier handling.
3. Inspect all boxes carefully for damage before signing the receipt. Document any visible damage on the form you’re asked to sign.

Warranty Information

All products have CARB 2 Certification and are compliant with CPSIA, CPSC, and PROP65. MaximaHouse products come with a one-year factory warranty against manufacturing defects. The internal metal mechanisms have a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, excluding improper use or cleaning.
