At Space Saving Bed, we understand the excitement of receiving your new bed promptly. Our space saving beds typically ship within 3-5 business days after placing your order. However, please note that occasional delays may occur, and in such cases, we will proactively communicate with you to keep you informed about the status of your shipment. Within 24 hours of your order being shipped, we will send you tracking information so you may monitor the progress of your order.
NOTE: We only offer shipping in the United States, and we cannot accommodate international shipping requests.

We will initiate a claim with the carrier on your behalf and conduct a thorough investigation to determine the whereabouts of your package. When you receive your product, we suggest you carefully examine it. In the unlikely event that a product you ordered arrives damaged or defective, you have the right to refuse the delivery and return the item for a refund or a replacement, and you will not be responsible for any charges. Return Policy
If you change your mind about a product and choose to return it, you may do so within 30 days of your purchase. Depending on the brand you purchased, however, the product may have to be unopened and unused. Contact us for specific brand information. This is not regarding damages; any damages would fall under our damage policy, which we take very seriously and will refund you for, or replace the product for you, with no charges.

Once approved, please note that a restocking fee up to 25% will apply and be deducted from the full refund. Restocking fee varies by brand, please check the "By Brand" section above for more information about the restocking fee.
