All packages are 100% insured. For damage claims, please submit within 30 days of delivery. Most in-stock items will ship within 2-5 business days, depending on the size and type of order. Delivery usually takes between 3 to 10 business days. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

Receiving Your Order

For palletized deliveries, please follow these instructions:

1. Honor your delivery appointment; failure to do so may result in return to sender, with costs deducted from your refund.
2. Request the driver to cut open the pallet straps and shrink wrap while handling the boxes from the truck to the ground.
3. Inspect all boxes carefully for damage before signing the receipt. Note any visible damage on the form you are asked to sign. If damage is severe, refuse the shipment.
4. Take photos of any damages and report them within 24 hours to info@maximahouse.com.
