Order Processing and Delivery

Maxima House will process and ship most in-stock items from our facility within 2-5 business days. The shipping method will depend on the size and type of your order, whether it is palletized or via small parcel, typically arriving within 3 to 10 business days. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched. For palletized deliveries, a representative may contact you to schedule delivery.

Receiving Your Order

Palletized deliveries:

• Please adhere to your delivery appointment.
• Ask the driver to cut open the pallet straps and shrink wrap before handling the boxes.
• Inspect all boxes carefully for potential damage before signing the receipt; note any visible damage on the form.
• If there is significant damage, refuse the shipment and take photos for documentation.

Warranty Information

We prioritize quality and high standards, using premium materials for durability. Most items feature low or zero emission high-grade finishes to enhance scratch resistance and color retention. All products have CARB 2 Certification and comply with CPSIA/ CPSC/ PROP65 standards. MaximaHouse products come with a one-year factory warranty against manufacturing defects, while internal metal mechanisms have a lifetime warranty.
