Shipping & Delivery

Once you place the order, we will process and begin preparing your order for shipment. Processing will take 3-5 business days. Please see below for more information on lead times.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@spacesavingbed.com

Processing Time

We process orders within 3-5 business days of order placement.

Delivery Methods

For Jubilee Furniture, we offer standard curbside delivery and room of choice delivery. Please select your preferred delivery method at checkout.

  • Curbside Delivery: Your product is delivered to your curb. You will be responsible for handling the items to the inside of your home. For this delivery option, we recommend using 2 people to handle the products to the inside of your home.
  • (Recommended) Room of Choice Delivery: Your product is brought inside your home and delivered to the room of your choice. No unboxing or assembly included.

Estimated Delivery Time

Lead times for in-stock orders are 2-4 weeks, while lead times for incoming orders are 4-6 weeks.

Assembly

Need help with assembly? Please give us a call at 469-949-2484 to discuss assembly options. We work with a third party company and can locate an assembly professional in your area to assemble/install your product for you.

Cancellations/Returns

Cancellations

All orders may be cancelled or changed with no additional charges within 24 hours of order placement. If you placed your order at the end of the week or on a weekend, that deadline extends to the beginning of the business week. If you need help figuring out whether your order has shipped or not, please give us a call at 469-949-2484 and it will be our pleasure to help!

Returns

If you would like to return a Jubilee Furniture item after it has arrived, you may do so within 30 calendar days form the order delivery date.

Return Terms & Timeline:

  • If you request a return within 1-5 calendar days after delivery, you will not be charged restocking fees, but you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If you request a return from day 6 to day 30, a 35% restocking fee will apply in addition to return shipping costs.
  • You may not request a return after 30 days of order delivery.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms above.

Please note: Your return request must be approved first. Please do not send any products to Jubilee Furniture without prior return approval, otherwise, your return request will not be valid.

Your refund will be credited only to the original payment method used in your purchase, and you will receive it in 5-10 business days. If you have any questions about the Jubilee Furniture return policy, please don't hesitate to contact us. It would be our pleasure to help!

Casun Modern Style

This Casun Leather Bed with Storage is hand made with minimalist taste in mind. The entire frame is composed of Italian leather and a nice, expansive recessed area on the side offers a storage area with lighting. The matching night stand includes a storage cabinet along with a subtle opening at the base for books and magazines. Top headrests are adjustable for maximum comfort. This leather bed is available in Italian leather and bonded leather. Choose your preferred color leather from a selection of 10 distinct colors. The beauty of a minimalist bed is you can dress up your space with decorations or wallpapers without the bed contrasting intensely. Available in queen, king, or Californian king to provide resting space in your sanctuary.

ABOUT OUR WARRANTY

All Jubilee Furniture is handcrafted using high-quality leather and materials, and each item is meticulously designed to meet every customer’s needs. Occasionally, factors beyond our control may affect an order’s condition prior to or upon its delivery. For items covered within the parameters of our Limited Warranty, we will strive to ensure an appropriate resolution is made.

 

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Jubilee Furniture’s Limited Warranty Policy (also known as “Warranty”) is limited to manufacturing and material defects that appear under normal, residential use (see Warranty Table below). The Coverage Period commences on the date an order is fully processed (i.e., an order has been delivered to its final destination and received by the end recipient), and any repairs, replacements, or compensation may only be offered if the damage falls directly within the parameters of this Warranty. Orders are only considered to be under Warranty if they are purchased directly from our online shop or our Las Vegas, Nevada showroom. This Warranty will cover any repairs, replacements, or other substitutions within the allotted Warranty time frame (see Warranty Table below). Warranty is voided under any and all reasons found within the Exclusions section below.

LEATHER WARRANTY, REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE

It is the sole responsibility of the order recipient or owner to protect their furniture from anything that could cause potential damage, fading, or other issues to any bonded or top-grain Italian leather item(s). To increase the lifespan of a sectional or accessory, we strongly advise each customer to only use furniture cleaning products recommended by a professional leather company. Applying any products not recommended by a professional leather cleaning company may result in a voided Warranty. Due to the distinctly unique style of each leather piece, Jubilee Furniture does not guarantee that repairs made to any furniture item will result in a uniform blend of color, grain, or texture.

 

COVERAGE LIMITATIONS & EXCLUSIONS

This Warranty does not include coverage for ANY of the following:

  • Brief or prolonged exposure to external elements, heat, sunlight, artificial lighting, or any weather conditions
  • Improper indoor or outdoor storage/placement of items
  • Incorrect assembly or disassembly of furniture pieces (including beds, sectionals, or other items)
  • Burn marks or ash residue
  • Standard wear and tear
  • Wrinkling or peeling
  • Natural stretching
  • Seams
  • Pilling
  • Discoloration from general fading or as a result of improper leather care (e.g., dyeing, aggressive cleaning, or erroneous maintenance techniques)
  • Mild or excessive soiling
  • Structural damage
  • Regular softening of cushions or general loss of resilience
  • Abuse or negligence
  • Acts of nature (i.e., any damage sustained from a natural disaster)
  • Freight damage
  • Pet damage
  • Owner modifications or alterations
  • Damage or abnormalities caused by misuse of items
  • In-transit damage by any third-party carrier during delivery*
  • Aesthetic preference including design, color scheme, or size
  • Any factor that does not directly or adversely affect the usage of a sectional, bed, table, accent, or add-on feature

 

*Any damage to an item during transit or delivery will not be treated as a warranty issue. For more information on damages, please refer to our shipping policy. Please make sure to note any damages on the BOL in detail, then contact sales@spacesavingbed.com with images within 24 hours. If you do not contact us within 24 hours, the claim we file may consequently be invalid.

Orders with warranty issues will not be eligible for refunds or returns. To address a warranty concern, please contact us at sales@spacesavingbed.com with the furniture type and product name, a detailed description of your warranty request, and pictures of the products in question including close-ups. It will be our pleasure to help!
