DAMAGE CLAIMS: All packages are 100% insured. Please note that all damage claims should be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
How/When will my order ship? Maxima House will process and ship most in-stock items from our facility within 2-5 business days of the order. The type of order will determine if it is shipped palletized or via small parcel. Delivery time typically ranges from 3 to 10 business days. We maintain strong partnerships with national carriers to ensure prompt, reliable, and undamaged delivery. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is picked up from our facility. We encourage you to track your shipment through the courier’s website or phone. For most palletized deliveries, a representative from the shipping company will call you to arrange delivery.
Receiving the Order
PALLETIZED:
- Please adhere to your delivery appointment. If the courier cannot reach you, the item will be returned to us, and any incurred expenses will be deducted from your refund.
- Request the driver to cut open the pallet straps and shrink wrap, then assist with moving the boxes from the truck to the ground.

IMPORTANT: You will be asked to sign a form acknowledging receipt. Before signing, it is crucial to CHECK FOR DAMAGE. Inspect all boxes carefully for any signs of damage (rips, holes, smashed areas, missing straps, etc.). Document any visible damage on the form. Example: “Box received with visible damage.” If you do not document this, the courier will not acknowledge damage incurred during transportation. If substantial damage is noted, refuse the shipment. Open the freight immediately. If any damage is found, take photos and email info@maximahouse.com. You are required to make a claim within 24 hours.
Note: If receiving at a commercial location and utilizing a forklift, inspect the pallet before unloading.

Warranty
We prioritize quality and maintain high standards for ourselves and our partners. We utilize top-tier materials for durability and ensure compliance with safety and quality certifications. Most items feature low or zero-emission high-grade finishes for scratch resistance and color retention. All products have CARB 2 Certification and melamine faced panels made of CARB P2 compliant particle board, as well as compliance with CPSIA/CPSC/PROP65 regulations.
Our hinges and drawer glides are tested for durability and ease of use. Maxima House products come with a one-year factory warranty against manufacturing defects such as breakage, deformation, or discoloration. Internal metal mechanisms are covered by a lifetime factory warranty against manufacturing defects. However, the warranty does not include coverage for breakage, deformation, discoloration, or wear and tear due to improper use or cleaning. Spare parts are available at cost.
